We will ONLY accept returns or exchanges of non-closeout or non-Purchase Power items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Security


We take great precautions to protect the integrity of the credit card information you submit on the YMCA Store web site. You can feel assured that when you enter your credit card information you will go into a secured session, at which point our server will encrypt (or scramble) the credit card data so that it cannot be read in transit. For added security, your credit card information will not be stored.




Items & Brands We Offer


The YMCA Store offers items from top-quality brands such as Alstyle, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, and Outer Banks. These apparel manufactures have a reputation for crafting high-quality apparel so staff can take pride in the apparel and never be embarrassed that the item didn't hold up to wash and wear.


Item Number Search


If you have selected an item from our catalog, you may enter the three digit "Item Number" for that product directly into the Item Number Search box on any page and you will be taken directly to that item.

Purchase Power
Purchase Power is a way for the YMCA Store (Crown USA) to give it's customers discounted pricing on specially offered apparel during certain times throughout the year. 

 

During a Purchase Power program, orders are taken through a deadline date. After the deadline has passed, we compile all orders and produce only enough garments to fill the orders received. Once printing is complete, orders are picked and shipped, shipping on or before the guaranteed “ship by” date.

Due to ordering deadlines and guaranteed “ship by” dates, orders for Purchase Power merchandise CANNOT be combined with each other, regular catalog items, or discontinued/closeout items.

 

Early Ship
Anytime an order needs to ship before a guaranteed “ship by” date , the order no longer qualifies for Purchase Power pricing and will NEED to meet minimum order requirements.
     Order minimum: 72 pieces
     Production time: 3 weeks
Early ship orders will only be taken up to 3 weeks prior to a Purchase Power order deadline. 

 

With the exception of Day Camp Programs, purchase power product is not carried in stock after the program is completed. For Day Camp Programs, limited amounts of additional printed stock will be available for purchase at full price while supplies last.

*Not all youth styles available in 2-4 (X-Small) and not all adult styles available in 3XL.  Please check design closeup for size availability.

*ONLY youth sizes will be marked by their number size (2/4, 6/8, 10/12, 14/16).  ALL items marked with SM, MD, LG etc are adult.

Customizing and Special Orders


All designs can be produced on a wide variety of apparel items with low minimum requirements. We can also add your Y name to an item or create custom looks for your special events such as 5K races and golf tournaments. For more information, contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-742-5686.


Payment Options


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and America Express cards for online orders. For customized orders or credit applications for first-time Purchase Order billing, please call Customer Service toll-free 1-877-742-5686.

***Please note that funds will be authorized from your credit card when you place an order, but funds will not actually be captured until your order is shipped.***

If you already have credit established with Crown USA you may use a Purchase Order Number.  To use a PO for your order, please contact customer service as 877-742-5686, email your order at www.ymcausa.org, or fax to 608-836-1640.



Checks and Money Orders are accepted with an order form. Order forms are available in the catalog or you can call Customer Service and they will provide one to you.

Sales Tax


We will charge sales tax for orders that are delivered to Wisconsin. Unfortunately at this time, our system cannot accommodate online tax exempt orders. If you live in Wisconsin and are tax exempt, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-742-5686, to place your order. A tax exemption form will need to be provided to Crown USA and can be faxed to 608-836-1640. No sales tax will be assessed to any order delivered outside of Wisconsin.




Changing Orders


All orders are processed immediately after confirmation, so submitted orders are considered final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee our ability to complete them.

Production Times


The YMCA Store and Crown USA are committed to the quickest production times wherever possible.



All "Need It Now" orders not requiring customization shall be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of a legible and complete order. "Need It Now" orders requiring customization shall be shipped within 10-15 business days of receipt of a legible and complete order.



All Purchase Power orders will be shipped no later than the guaranteed ship date established for each specific Purchase Power program.




Shipping Rates and Policies


The YMCA Store delivers to most locations in the 48 contiguous United States. All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping and your shipping costs are based on published UPS ground rates. 

All YMCA Store orders will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days of the date of order, with the exception of items in Purchase Power programs, which have specific guaranteed ship dates.  See the map above for estimated time in transit after your order ships.

The shipping charge is calculated every time an item is added or removed from the shopping cart.

If an alternate shipping method or for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please call in your order to Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-742-5686.

What are the minimums requirements for purchases?


There are no minimum requirements for any item in the catalog or on the web site. Custom Orders require a minimum order of 48 items for silk screening and 24 items for embroidery.



What is a custom order?


Any product we produce that is not included in our catalog or is not shown on the web site. This includes garment color changes and new art or additional art work added to any design.



Can you produce large orders for special events?


We are happy to take orders for special events or projects. Please call our Customer Service department at 877-742-5686 to discuss your needs and requirements and a quote.

What is your return/exchange policy?

     We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call customer service at 877-742-5686 for a return authorization.
